Best Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  5. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  6. Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Stir in cooked pasta and butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
