Best Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook fettuccine according to package directions.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Stir in cooked pasta and butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
