Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Optional: icing for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Open the cinnamon roll dough, roll it out, cut it into small pieces, and press them into the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, sour cream, and milk, and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Optional: Drizzle icing on top before serving.
