Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

A festive and flavorful dip that combines creamy cheese, sweet cranberries, and spicy jalapeños, perfect for gatherings.

  • 12 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, jalapeños, sugar, and lime juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cranberries start to burst and the mixture thickens, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese on a serving platter.
  4. Spoon the cranberry jalapeño mixture over the cream cheese, covering it evenly.
  5. If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve with crackers for dipping.

Notes
