A fun and unique snack that transforms leftover pasta into crispy delights, perfect for entertaining or movie nights.

  • 8 ounces Farfalle Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and Cool: Drain the pasta and let it cool to ensure it is dry.
  3. Season the Pasta: In a bowl, combine the cooled pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes, tossing gently.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Air Fry the Pasta: Place seasoned pasta in a single layer in the fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the chips to cool for a few minutes before enjoying them, either plain or with dips.
