1 cup Red Grapes (halved)
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1 cup Celery (chopped)

1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric

Instructions
Start by shredding or chopping the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry, halving large grapes if necessary.
Finely chop the celery, green onions, and Granny Smith apple.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, chopped celery, green onions, and apple; stir gently to mix.
In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, turmeric, ground ginger, and salt, adjusting seasonings to taste.
