Delicious Smoked Salmon Dip

A creamy and flavorful dip made with smoked salmon, perfect for gatherings or casual snacks.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 bag of bagel chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in capers, diced red onion, fresh lemon juice, and prepared horseradish until evenly combined.
  3. Gently fold in the smoked salmon, keeping some pieces chunky for texture.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley for added flavor and color.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with bagel chips for dipping.
