  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Instructions

  • Brown the meat in a large pot over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
