- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup jam (raspberry, apricot, or chocolate)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in sugar and salt; gradually add flour to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each into a circle.
- Spread jam over each circle.
- Sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon sugar.
- Cut into wedges and roll each wedge from the wide end to the point.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with additional sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
