  • 8 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Holiday Sprinkles
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and softened butter, beating until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate the yellow cake mix, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Fold in the holiday sprinkles gently.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (optional).
  7. Scoop out portions of dough, rolling each into a ball.
  8. Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until fully covered.
  9. Place on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
  11. Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use softened butter and avoid overmixing for softer cookies. Experiment with different sprinkles for variety.
