  • 0.5 cup Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet cut-side up.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Stir until blended.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan, stirring until well combined.
  5. Spread the garlic cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching closely.
  8. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and slice before serving.
