  • 1 loaf of French bread, cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup honey ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Layer the cubed French bread evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring every piece is soaked. Sprinkle the diced honey ham, turkey, and shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar, then drizzle it over the casserole.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
