Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip

A creamy and flavorful olive dip that is perfect for parties, gatherings, or a cozy night in. Easy to make and packed with healthy fats and protein.

  • 200 g Green Olives, pitted
  • 150 g Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 0.5 Lemon, Juice
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Whole Green Olives, for garnish
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine green olives, feta, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Fold in roasted red pepper and dried oregano. Add chili flakes if desired.
  4. Taste and season with black pepper. Adjust lemon juice or chili flakes as per preference.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. For best results, chill for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with dippable options like bread, chips, or veggies. Can also be used as a sandwich spread or in a charcuterie board.
