Instructions

  1. Prepare your surface by laying out a large cutting board or clean surface.
  2. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese over each slice of salami.
  4. Add a few slices of banana peppers on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the salami slice tightly, ensuring that the cream cheese and banana peppers stay tucked inside.
  6. Repeat for all slices of salami.
  7. Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheel pieces.
  8. Optionally, chill the pinwheels in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
