Savory Baked Salmon with Creamy Cheese Crust

A delightful baked salmon dish topped with a creamy mayonnaise and parmesan crust.

  • 2 lbs Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add lemon zest to the mixture and combine well.
  6. Spread the mixed topping evenly over the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until salmon flakes easily and topping is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
