  • 20 oz Pineapple Chunks (canned, juice reserved)
  • 3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Pineapple Juice (reserved)
  • 12 pieces Plain Toothpicks (sturdy for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, open the can of pineapple, and drain the juice into a bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon of juice.
  2. Mix the Sauces: In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice; stir well.
  3. Cook the Kielbasa: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced kielbasa for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Combine: Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa; stir to coat and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the Skewers: Using the toothpicks, assemble by placing one piece of pineapple, followed by a slice of kielbasa, and another pineapple chunk.
  6. Serve Warm: Transfer skewers to a platter and drizzle with extra sauce if desired; serve warm.
