A creamy and flavorful dip made with smoked fish, perfect for gatherings or a simple snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz smoked fish (like salmon or trout)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the smoked fish, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined, breaking down the smoked fish into smaller pieces as you mix.
  3. Transfer the blended dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with your choice of dippers such as crackers, vegetables, crostini, chips, or fresh bread.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; the dip lasts about 3-4 days in the refrigerator. For a fresh taste, serve shortly after making.
