- Freeze for Firm Texture: For a firmer sorbet, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe watermelon with a yellow spot on the bottom for optimal sweetness. Taste watermelon before freezing to adjust sweetener amount. Don't over-blend to maintain proper texture - stop as soon as smooth and scoopable consistency is achieved.
