  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, mozzarella, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture onto each toasted baguette slice. Garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.
  4. Caprese Bruschetta is best served fresh. Enjoy it as an appetizer or a light snack!
