  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 8 dill pickle spears
  • 1/2 cup sport peppers
  • Celery salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Steam or grill the all-beef hot dogs until heated through and lightly browned.
  2. Lightly toast the poppy seed buns if desired.
  3. Place one hot dog in each bun and start building your Chicago masterpiece.
  4. Spread yellow mustard along one side of the hot dog.
  5. Add sweet pickle relish over the mustard.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped white onions.
  7. Add two tomato wedges on each side.
  8. Place a dill pickle spear next to the hot dog.
  9. Top with 2-3 sport peppers.
  10. Finish with a generous sprinkle of celery salt.

Notes

Always use high-quality all-beef hot dogs for the best flavor and texture. Don't boil hot dogs - grilling or pan-frying creates better flavor and texture. Toast your buns lightly to prevent them from getting soggy.
